Legacy Photo Days

I can’t find my player’s Photo Day information. What should I do?
Check your Spam/Junk folder and search for “yoloathlete” or “Legacy Photo Days 2026.” The email contains your player’s date, time, jersey color, and gallery access code.

When will I get my pictures?
Our estimated publication date is October 3.

How will I know when my photos are ready?
For convenience, you can sign up for a text notification using the QR code at the top of this page. We’ll let you know when the photos are ready.

Do I have to sign up for text notifications?
No. It’s completely optional—just a convenient way to know when your photos are ready.

 

Do I have to buy pictures?
No. There is no purchase requirement. View your gallery and simply pick what you like—or nothing at all.

 

Is my player already registered?
Yes. Your player is already registered for Photo Day. S/he need to check in though, to have her 

 

When is my player’s Photo Day?
Your player’s date and scheduled time are listed in the Photo Day email.

 

Why does my email say September 21?
Some automated emails speak of September 21 as the overall event date. That's a limitation of our platform, and we apologize if this causes confusion. Use the date listed in the email you received from contact@yoloathlete.com.

Davis Legacy Club House, 26345 Co Rd 105, Davis, CA 95618.

 

How early should we arrive?
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time, ready to be photographed.

Can I come anytime? 

No. We cannot guarantee that you can be photographed if you simply show up. If you have a scheduling contact, please email us at contact@yoloathlete.com.

I'm a coach; I'll send my entire team at some time when we practice. That's works, right?

Please allow your players to be photographed at their scheduled time. If a whole group shows up unscheduled, it delays the process for everyone and it will certainly go more slowly for that team.

 

Why is our photo time before/after/during practice?
We’re photographing more than 1,000 players over four days. Per overwhelming parent request, the sessions are scheduled on/around existing practice time. This creates the least burden for the parents.

 

Which jersey should my player wear?
Wear the jersey color listed in your Photo Day email. U6–U8 Development players should wear the uniform they selected.

 

What should goalkeepers wear?
Goalkeepers should wear their orange goalkeeper jersey. If unavailable, any other GK jersey is fine.

 

What is my gallery access code?
Your player’s unique access code is included in the Photo Day email.

 

Where will I see and order my photos?
Use the gallery information and access code from your Photo Day email once the photos are published.
